Our Mission

Believe in a Cure is a global nonprofit working relentlessly to cure FOXG1 syndrome. We also make grants to support the larger rare disease community.

Our Story

Our world was turned upside down when our son Eli was diagnosed with FOXG1 syndrome, a rare neurological condition that severely impacts the brain. We were devastated and overwhelmed by the news, but we refused to accept Eli's prognosis. That's why we started Believe in a Cure, a grassroots effort to fund research projects around the world to find a treatment.
