Nhi Tong

Nhi Tong is a communications specialist with over six years of communications, fundraising, and advocacy experience spanning three countries. Having worked across media agencies, international organizations, and nonprofits, she brings a versatile skill set in content creation, media relations, digital/print communications, storytelling, and strategy development.

Prior to joining Believe in a Cure, Nhi worked for UNICEF in Viet Nam and Bangladesh, where she stepped into multiple roles to tell the stories of children, advocate for their rights, and fundraise for innovative solutions, including in humanitarian settings - as a writer/editor, speech writer, project manager, and content producer. Previously, she spent a decade in New York City, working with multiple organizations, nonprofits, and private foundations.

Nhi holds an M.S. in International Communication and a B.A. in Communication Arts from St. John’s University. During her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with children and animals, and traveling.
